Tariff includes full breakfast provisions, which consist of everything required for a hot or cold meal, including our own fresh eggs. Home baked treats, port & chocolates plus many extras make a special stay.
Check in is after 2 pm, Check out by 10 am. If you have stayed for two nights at the weekend, check out can be extended to 11 am.
A 30% deposit or credit card details are required to secure your booking. Deposits for long weekends and festival times are non refundable.
Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to your stay, or the first nights tariff applies.
Minimum three night bookings are required between Christmas/New Year and Easter, two night minimum for Jacaranda festival, July racing carnival and long weekends.
Rates may be slightly higher during school holidays.
