A full housekeeping is weekly, for longer stays, included in the tariff.
Check in is after 2 pm, Check out by 10 am.
A 30% deposit or credit card details are required to secure your booking. Deposits for long weekends and festival times are non refundable.
Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to your stay, or the first nights tariff applies.
Minimum three night bookings are required at Christmas/New Year, Easter, Jacaranda festival, July racing carnival and long weekends.
Rates may be slightly higher during school holidays.
Terms and Conditions
- Belvoir Cottages is a “no smoking indoors” property. Smoking is permitted outside and on verandahs only.
- All alcohol consumed on the premises is done at your own risk. Belvoir Cottages does not take responsibility whatsoever for injury or accident arising from excess alcohol consumption.
- All facilities are for you to enjoy, but we do expect the cottages to be left in a tidy state.
- We understand that accidents do happen, but any major breakage and damage will be charged at our discretion.
- By booking at Belvoir B&B Cottages you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
